Adley has always loved characters who are brave, strong, and a little bit magical. Since being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at just 4 years old, superheroes have taken on a whole new meaning. She’s learned that being brave doesn’t mean you’re never scared, it means you keep going anyway. Whether it’s site changes, finger pokes, or just being a kid, she shows us every day that superheroes can come in very small packages
Adley would choose to fly! She loves watching Ghost-Spider fly and thinks it would be so much fun to soar through the sky. When you’re five, sometimes the best reason for wanting a superpower is simply because flying would be AWESOME
