Andy loves the flash because he can move at super speed, which allows him to help people faster.
Andy has such an old soul. He believes his love for superheroes came when he was 5 from watching an old cartoon that showed how superheroes use their gifts for good against evil. He admires all superheroes because of their drive to help those in need.
One superpower that Andy would want is teleportation, so he can be everywhere for everyone.
