My daughter is my everyday superhero. Even at just six years old, she leads with kindness, compassion, and a heart that cares deeply.
Thank you for generously supporting Anthony in this year’s competition. Your participation made a huge impact for The Stan Lee Foundation and their mission to promote literacy and the narrative arts.
My daughter's favorite superhero is Spider-Man. I think she admires him because he's a young hero who is always trying to do the right thing and help others. He doesn't have to be perfect, but he uses his abilities to make a positive difference and be a good person. Those are qualities she values and tries to show herself every day through her kindness, compassion, and willingness to help others.
My daughter's love of superheroes comes from both her mom and dad. We've taken her to comic conventions and fan events across the country, and she loves being surrounded by people who share the same excitement and passion for their favorite heroes and stories. She's grown up immersed in these communities and enjoys taking part in the fun and creativity they inspire. I'm also a member of the Star Wars 501st Legion, so she's been around costumes, charity events, and loves all fandoms
If my daughter could have any superpower, it would be a healing touch. She has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know, and she genuinely cares about how other people feel. If she had the power, she would want to heal people who are hurt, comfort those who are sick, and take away the pain of anyone who is suffering. Her natural instinct is always to help others, whether it's a friend, family member, or someone she has just met. After everything our family has been through this year.
