Austin makes people laugh, looks out for everyone around him, and never gives up when something is difficult. He works hard too.
Thank you for generously supporting Austin in this year’s competition. Your participation made a huge impact for The Stan Lee Foundation and their mission to promote literacy and the narrative arts.
He said this is an hard choice, but Austin’s favorite superhero is Rocket Raccoon because he is funny, smart, and tough. He likes that he doesn’t give up, even when things get hard. He may be small, but he proves you don’t have to be the biggest or strongest to be a hero. He also likes Jack Jack Parr from Incredibles, but says “Jack-Jack needs to do more to be an actual hero. He’s still a baby. A powerful baby!”
His love of superheroes started with comics and movies, but it became something special because he got into them with his dad, older brother. It’s something special to share, talk about, collect and have fun with together.
If Austin could have any superpower, he would want to be the master of space and time. He could stop time, travel through time, and teleport anywhere he wanted. He says “it would be awesome to go anywhere and anytime whenever I wanted.”
