His favorite superhero is Spider-Man. When I asked him why, he said it’s because Spider-Man is brave, helps people, can climb walls, and shoot webs. He especially admires how Spider-Man has to be brave even when things are scary. He said that Spider-Man reminds him that you can be scared and still be brave and keep helping others.
His love for superheroes started when he was little and became fascinated by everything they could do. He loves watching them save people, fight the bad guys, and use their special powers to help others. As he’s gotten older, I think what he loves most is that superheroes are brave—even when they’re scared or going through hard things, they still choose to keep going and help people. Spider-Man especially became his favorite because he sees him as someone who has had to be brave.
If he could have any superpower, he would want Spider-Man’s web-slinging powers. He thinks it would be so cool to swing from buildings and get anywhere really fast. He also likes the idea of being able to use his powers to help people and be brave when someone needs him.
