Spider-Man! Charlie loves everything about him. The web-swinging, wall-climbing, super strength, Spidey-Sense and, of course, all the different suits. He especially loves how Spider-Man can sense danger, dodge attacks and web up the bad guys, all while being funny. To Charlie, Spider-Man proves you can be incredibly powerful without taking yourself too seriously.
It all started around age 4 with Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man. Charlie was HOOKED. We watched it three or four times a day until our whole family practically knew it by heart! What started as a little boy wanting his favorite movie on repeat grew right along with him. He’s since watched the movies, learned the characters and collected enough Spider-Man facts to keep us on our toes. Eight years later, Spidey is still #1.
Spidey-Sense, no hesitation! Charlie says it would be awesome to know if something was about to happen before it did. In his words, “If I was sleeping and something was coming at me, I could just dodge it!” Basically: danger detected, Charlie dodges!
