Dakota’s superhero journey began when he was born but got kicked into gear at just 3 months old in the PICU during open-heart surgery and 2 month long hospital stay after. He was too young to understand the connection, but his parents and nurses saw his superhero spirit instantly. In the hospital, he found his "Three Amigos". The Hulk and Superman alongside Dakota’s Iron Man. Superhero strength, hope, and courage have surrounded him ever since.
Dakota already believes his current superpower is falling asleep in seconds flat! But if he could choose another, he’d want super speed. He loves to run and is currently channeling that speed on the tee-ball field, always ready to zoom around the bases and race toward his next adventure.
