He achieved Superhero status when he was born very premature at 24 weeks 6 days. Every day counts. He is now 17. He's amazing and caring.

(1.) Spider-Man is his favorite superhero because of his 'amazing' powers. He admires Spider-Man for how caring he is and his passion for keeping the city of New York and its inhabitants safe.
His love for superheroes comes from the way he looks up to those who want to protect the people they love and the people around them. This is very much the kind of young man Damon is.
If he could have any power in the book, he would choose Super Strength. Sure it might sound "basic", but imagine what you could do with that much strength. I think this would be very helpful when a natural disaster strikes or an accident. When he thinks of "Super Strength" , he thinks of The Hulk and Captain America.
