DeKlyn doesn’t need superpowers to be a hero. His courage, compassion, and fierce loyalty make him the kind of hero the world needs
Thank you for generously supporting DeKlyn in this year’s competition. Your participation made a huge impact for The Stan Lee Foundation and their mission to promote literacy and the narrative arts.
His favorite superhero is Spiderman, he loves him because he is able to fly around and shoot webs from his hands.
From his dad and I, we started him at a young age from our love of superhero’s. We love Marvel.
Dek would want the power to use the abilities of different animals. He could fly like an eagle, climb like a spider, swim like a fish, see in the dark like a cat, or run as fast as a cheetah. He’d use his powers to explore, rescue people and animals, and protect the creatures he loves. His favorite part would be that every animal could teach him something new.
