A high-energy, theater-loving sports ace whose vibrant spirit, creativity, and huge human heart bring light to our world!
Thank you for generously supporting Divinah in this year’s competition. Your participation made a huge impact for The Stan Lee Foundation and their mission to promote literacy and the narrative arts.
Black Widow. She deeply admires Natasha Romanoff because she is a fiercely independent, highly skilled hero who relies on her sharp wit, extreme agility, and peak athletic training rather than magic. Divinah connects with her theatrical flair and incredible athleticism on the soccer and volleyball fields. To her, Black Widow proves that you can overcome a chaotic schedule and a complex background to become an ultimate force for good if you have the heart to stand up for others.
Her passion stems from her dad's massive collection of comics, graphic novels, and trading cards. Looking over his Alex Ross books as an infant, she grew up immersed in Marvel. She learned to read through comic panels and embraced Stan Lee's "Excelsior!" motto. This creative world taught her that her high-energy ADHD mind isn't a flaw; it's a superpower, inspired by Stan Lee's belief that a hero's true strength ultimately comes from their human heart.
Teleportation. Divinah wants the power to instantly blink across space to conquer her packed, high-energy schedule. Whether she needs to instantly jump from the center stage of a musical performance straight onto the sports field, or travel the globe in a flash to source rare beads for her jewelry-making, teleportation fits her perfectly. It represents the ultimate expression of her fast-paced mind, giving her the freedom to create, lead, and save the day.
