Ember's mommy saw Stan Lee as her idol, because of his message that anyone can be anything. Since Ember was born 2 weeks after his passing, she was given the middle name "Lee" in hopes that she would be part of his amazing legacy. As she grew up, Ember learned to appreciate the same messages in these stories about underdogs who never give up, and grew up to become heroes.
Ember would like to have the ability to read minds, because she wants to have a deep understanding of how people feel. She believes it would help her know how to help others better, and who she should keep an eye on.
