Erik all his life has been a hero, born premature and just 4lb and diagnosed with Autism at 18 months. He is not verbal.

Erik can’t read he can’t talk. But he has a special way of saying what he likes or admires. I think I am his super hero. I can understand it the way he looks at me “mom” or what he expects from me.😂.He likes Superman he smiles every time he is flying on the movie.
Erik can watch the movies just for few minutes and he always smiles when superheroes are flying or when they do things that are impossible to do...
I think being non verbal and the struggle is real every day . He would like to be able to communicate and change the way people think about understanding disability in the real world.kindness and empathy is something we don’t get to see often .
