Grayson's superpower? Turning frowns upside down. He’s a great dancer, makes people laugh, and brings a superhero arm to the baseball field.
Thank you for generously supporting Grayson in this year’s competition. Your participation made a huge impact for The Stan Lee Foundation and their mission to promote literacy and the narrative arts.
My favorite superhero is Spider-Man because he tries really hard not to hurt anyone (or at least not kill anyone) while he’s saving the day. That makes him a really good superhero because he has the power to do a lot of damage, but he chooses to use his powers to do a lot of good instead. I also think Spider-Man has some of the coolest superpowers. He can climb walls, shoot webs, swing from buildings, and jump around like gravity isn’t even a thing.
I think my love of superheroes came from my dad. He loves all kinds of comic books. And when I was really little we would watch Spider-Man cartoons together. That’s probably when I started to love superheroes. Now that I’m a little older, I can read the comics myself and we get to watch the “real” superhero movies together, which is pretty awesome.
If I could have any superpower, I would want to fly. I think it’s one of the best superpowers because I could see the whole city from the sky and find bad guys much faster. If there was trouble somewhere, I could see it from above and get there quick. I wouldn’t have to worry about traffic, and I could get there faster than I could by running or swinging between buildings like Spider Man.
