He loves that Spider-Man is young, funny, brave, and always tries to do the right thing. Greyson relates to him because he shows that you don’t have to be a grown-up to be brave or help others. And, of course, being able to swing from webs is pretty awesome!
It’s hard to pinpoint exactly when Greyson’s love for superheroes began because Spider-Man has been part of his world for as long as we can remember! He chose to be Spider-Man for Halloween when he was two years old and has been Spider-Man every single Halloween since. His love of superheroes has only grown as he has gotten older, and sharing that excitement with his dad, especially their love of Iron Man, has made it even more special.
If Greyson could choose a superpower, he would have a very hard time picking between flying, turning invisible, and shooting webs like Spider-Man! If he absolutely had to choose one, though, it would probably be shooting webs. He would love being able to swing through the air like Spider-Man, climb wherever he wanted, and use his webs to help people. For a six-year-old who is almost always moving, it fits him perfectly!
