Harlee is a superhero kid—a creative writer, fierce tri-athlete, loyal friend, and genuinely kind soul who leads with heart. 💗✨
Thank you for generously supporting Harlee in this year’s competition. Your participation made a huge impact for The Stan Lee Foundation and their mission to promote literacy and the narrative arts.
Harlee’s favorite superhero is Jerry from Tom and Jerry. She sees him as a superhero because he may be small, but he is smart, brave, quick-thinking, and never gives up. Jerry uses his creativity to solve problems, stand up for himself, and find a way through even when the odds are against him. To Harlee, being a superhero isn’t about having powers—it’s about being clever, courageous, and resilient.
Harlee’s love for superheroes comes from strong women like Wonder Woman—brave, confident, compassionate, and willing to stand up for others. But her imagination takes it further. To Harlee, heroes are also creative problem-solvers who find a way forward when things get tough. That’s why even Jerry from Tom and Jerry can be a superhero: small, clever, resilient, and never afraid to think differently. ❤️
Harlee would want the superpower of being an ultimate problem solver—someone who can quickly figure out what’s wrong and find a creative way to make it better. She loves helping people, making others smile, and turning difficult moments into happier ones. Her superpower wouldn’t just fix problems—it would help people feel seen, supported, and hopeful.
