The loss of a loved one, while used a lot, fits the character a lot. I’ve been through a similar situation, with the loss of many people and pets I care about. I used to some times feel the same way about how people treat me at school with bullying and misunderstanding me, that always made me understand him and made me like the character much more.
From watching movies and reading books from a young age. Reading those stories really made me love the concept for this long. The way they made the characters believable and like able, they made the stories clear and easy to understand what was going on. The way the art or scenes made the characters fun and interesting made it more fun to read and watch, and the design changes they would make made it better each time.
Shapeshifting because I feel like it’s the most useful, depending on the limit, there are so many ways to use it. If you needed to get somewhere quickly, you could turn into a flying creature or something that runs really fast. If you wanted to have more strength, you could turn into something stronger and more efficient at lifting heavy things to make moving big things easier. No matter what, you always have options.
