Joseph practices martial arts too, so he especially loves that Robin uses martial arts tactics and tools like his Bo staff. He also thinks it’s really cool that Robin has a secret identity like Batman and works alongside other superheroes to help people and keep them safe.
Joseph’s love of superheroes started when he was a toddler. He grew up watching superhero movies and TV shows, reading superhero books, dressing up as his favorite characters and mimicking their moves. He loves their cool costumes, gadgets, powers and fighting techniques. What excites him most is seeing superheroes use their abilities to protect people, defeat the bad guys and save the world.
Joseph would choose telekinesis—the ability to move things with his mind! He says he would use it to protect people and fight crime without hurting anyone. If a bad guy tried to escape, Joseph would use telekinesis to stop them and keep them from moving until the police arrived. He even says he could make bad guys turn themselves in! Most importantly, he would use his power to help others and make his community safer.
