A lot of Lucy's love for superheroes was just the content she was exposed to, from PJ Masks to Paw Patrol, but, a big part of it was that she just loved the fact of people helping people.
Lucy would want the power of being extremely smart and being super convincing. She wants the smarts to build her very own Iron man suit. Lucy would like the super convincing powers to create world peace and to convince her mom to get her candy bars at the grocery store.
