Maleek said there were so many great heroes to pick from but if he had to choose, his favorite superhero is Spider-man! He admires Spider-man because of his super-cool abilities like climbing walls and shooting webs. He also admires him for his bravery against foes, his cool suit and for the kindness he shows to his neighborhood in New York!
Maleek was introduced to the Marvel Universe by his parents and uncles who grew up loving the comic books and movies. The Avengers was the movie that first sparked his love for superheroes! Every year for Halloween, he always dresses as one of the superheroes from Marvel! He truly loves to role play and become his beloved heroes like The Hulk, Spider-man, Black Panther, Iron Man and more.
He truly warmed my heart with his answer, then he made me laugh. If Maleek had a superpower, it would be the ability to spawn any food or drink to be able to solve world hunger, as well as having Spiderman's powers too. "It's just so cool to be able to shoot webs and swing around to help people!"
