My Mark is adopted and I feel like he is an everyday superhero. He is definitely our sour patch kid. Sweet-and-sour all in one.

Spider-Man is my 9-year-old adopted son’s favorite superhero because he’s a regular kid who doesn’t always get things right, but he never gives up. My son has had his own challenges, so I think he really connects with Spider-Man’s strength and determination. He loves that Spider-Man is funny, adventurous, and always looking out for other people. To my son, being a hero isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being brave, kind, and helping others.
My 9-year-old son loves Spider-Man partly because his dad is a huge Marvel fan. Some of his favorite memories are watching Marvel movies and talking about the characters with his dad. Spider-Man quickly became his favorite, and now he’s just as excited about all things Marvel as his dad! It’s something special they can share and enjoy together.
If my son could have any superpower, he’d pick flying without even thinking twice! He thinks it would be so cool to just take off and go wherever he wants. No traffic, no waiting for a plane, just fly! I can already picture him flying around the neighborhood, showing off for everyone and going on all kinds of adventures. For him, flying would be the ultimate freedom and the coolest way to see the world.
