My telekinesis is connected to my ADHD because I control objects through my attention. When I hyperfocus, my powers become stronger and more precise. However, distractions can make my telekinesis unpredictable, causing objects to shake, move, or fall. My impulsivity can also trigger my powers without me meaning to. While ADHD makes controlling my abilities difficult, learning to work with my attention and emotions helps me master them.
