Iron Man (Tony Stark). Mason is enamored with technology and tinkering. He loves the fact that Tony Stark makes use of cutting edge technology and physical tools to build his suits. He doesn't get magical or mutant powers. He has to rely on his intelligence and ingenuity. Also like Tony, Mason is a burgeoning martial artist. His chosen deliscipline is Judo.
He got his start watching the MCU movies and as he got more and more proficient with his technology, he started identifying with Tony Stark. It started with legos and tablets, now he's building his own guitar and 3-D printing his own costumes and tools. He's like our own Tony in our house.
Not so much a power, but unfettered access to technology and resources, freed from monetary constraints, would allow him to create and build whatever is needed to overcome any threat or obstacle. I suppose the knowledge and intuition to correctly apply, modify, and integrate both hardware and software would be his innate power.
