Spider-Man. Mason loves his quippy personality and the amount of "fun" Peter Parker has being Spider-Man, but also admires Spidey's determination to do the right thing even when there's a personal cost. Mason understands Peter's saying "with great power comes great responsibility," and when he's in a position to help others always takes the opportunity to do so.
Mason's dad is a big geek and has always looked up to superhero characters like the X-Men and Optimus Prime, and he wanted to share that as Mason grew up. It's become a thing they enjoy doing together, whether it's watching the MCU at home or in the theater or spending time discussing their favorite characters. The excitement and sense of fun in these stories quickly hooked him - plus, Mason loves cuddling up with his daddy on the couch and letting the adventure sweep him away.
If Mason could have any superpower it would be the power of flight because, in his words, "if there are any problems happening I can quickly get there to help people!"
