Maverick loves Spider-Man because he believes he is smart, quirky and creative and loves to do the right thing even if it causes him harm.
Maverick has always loved the Marvel universe and others in the superhero world because he believes they stand up for people who can’t stand up against evil.
Maverick would probably want to be the most intelligent superhero so that he can get himself out of a jam if sometimes strength or other powers might not work.
