Telepathy because he can talk to people with his mind instead of his mouth. Teleport so then he can go wherever he wants no questions ask. Move things with his mind so then he doesn’t have to get up. Water manipulation and breathing underwater because he loves playing in the water. Being able to talk to animals especially sea creatures.
