Who is Parker's favorite superhero and why do they admire them?

Parker has an undeniable love of Spiderman and never hesitates to let people know that that's where his name came from. He emulates Spidey's good humour in the face of scary things, his loyalty, and support of the people he loves. Like Spiderman, he doesn't just use his strength - but also his smarts and his warm personality making all friends new and old feel safe and happy. Parkers teachers always tell us his smile brightens their day and that he never let's anyone feel left out.

Where did Parker's love of superheroes come from?

Parker has loved superheroes since he knew what they were! He has looked at photos of Marvel characters and been able to name them all, while pointing to the different variants of spider people assigning them different members of our family, as if we all are a part of the spider-verse. He has so many Spider-Man costumes in different sizes that when his friends come to play choose a costume and twip and flip around the house, pretending to stop vilians.

What superpower would Parker want and why?

Parker would love to be able to crawl walls and often tries to see if he's gotten his Sticky Fingers yet. He would love to be able to swing from webs but he also really admires Iron Man's ability to fly so he would like to incorporate that into his own iron spider suit one day. He would like to be able to get anywhere super fast and be able to see the world and help people and for his family to have the power to come with him.
