Xaria works as a lifeguard, teaching children how to keep safe when swimming. She saves lives every day.
Thank you for generously supporting Xaria in this year’s competition. Your participation made a huge impact for The Stan Lee Foundation and their mission to promote literacy and the narrative arts.
Xaria's favorite superhero is Black Panther. Black Panther represents love and inclusivity. He helped anyone who was in need and put his family, friends, and his community before himself. He made sure that everyone was well taken care of. Xaria displays the same characteristics by risking her life to save others in dangerous situations. She helps families, friends, and children be safe.
Xaria's love for superheroes came from her father. Her father always showed her superhero movies growing up. He told her the importance of being kind to everyone and making sure that everyone's okay. Her father raised her knowing that one day she would represent the characteristics of a superhero herself. Xaria refers to her father as her own Superhero, supporting her when she's down and providing for her always.
Xaria's superpower would be being the smartest person in the world. She has always had the need to help everyone around her. She would work with the FBI to find missing people; she would work with scientists to make cures for dangerous diseases like cancer; she would work with doctors to help cure patients and heal them from their pain. With her smartness, she would help make the world a better place, making everyone happy, healthy, and safe.
