Me, his mom, and his Uncle Ronnie. His Uncle and his friends would pretend they were superheros and Ronnie was Captain America. When he passed away, Captain America was a way to keep his memory alive.
I would say flight. As he is wheelchair bound, I feel like flying would give him a freedom he has never known. Or telekinesis so he could let his voice be heard
