Dwayne’s love of superheroes started with watching superhero movies and shows with his family. He became fascinated by their powers, adventures, costumes, and stories of courage. As a Dominican-Puerto Rican kid, he especially loves heroes who remind him that being different, strong, and proud of who you are can be a superpower too.
Dwayne would choose the power to heal others. He would use it to help people and animals who are hurt or sick, because he believes everyone deserves a chance to feel better. To Dwayne, having a superpower wouldn’t be about being the strongest, it would be about using it to make someone else’s day better.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Super Kid, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
